We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Pre-Primary wing and create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners. Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to 2 LPA Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment. - Encourage learning through play, creativity, and interactive teaching methods. - Monitor and assess children's developmental progress. - Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback. - Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations. - Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional development of every child. - Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain high teaching standards. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. - Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for working with young children. - Creative, patient, energetic, and well-organized. - Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
