Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage all project documentation for a large-scale residential construction site. He will ensure accurate timely and secure handling of drawings specifications contracts correspondence and records maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Document Management: Receive log track and distribute project documents including drawings RFIs submittals transmittals NOCs permits method statements inspection reports and O&M manuals. Maintain both hard-copy and digital document control systems using platforms like Aconex or similar. Version & Revision Control: Ensure only current approved versions are issued to site teams subcontractors and consultants. Archive superseded documents with proper stamping and audit trail. Conduct periodic audits of document registers to ensure completeness and accuracy for handover and regulatory inspections. Track status of submittals RFIs and shop drawings to avoid delays. Handover & Close-out: Compile and organize as-built drawings warranties test certificates and manuals for final project handover to client and facility management teams. Confidentiality & Security: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project data. Implement access controls and backup protocols for all project documentation.
