Your Role

As a Technical Lead – AI-Enabled Medical Devices Engineering, you will be responsible for leading technical execution, solution design, AI adoption, and engineering transformation initiatives for Medical Devices and Life Sciences clients. You will work closely with delivery teams, solution architects, AI specialists, quality and regulatory SMEs, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and productivity-driven engineering solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead technical solutioning and delivery support for Medical Devices, Digital Health, Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, V&V, and Sustaining Engineering initiatives
• Develop AI-enabled productivity solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, engineering analytics, and AI-assisted SDLC approaches.
• Collaborate with AI CoEs and delivery teams to build demos, POCs, accelerators, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support Medical Device product lifecycle activities spanning concept, development, verification, validation, release, maintenance, sustenance, and post-market quality.
• Drive delivery readiness through architecture reviews, risk assessments, implementation planning, issue analysis, and technical governance.
  
  

Your Profile

• 12–18+ years of experience in Engineering Services, Product Engineering, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Software Development, Quality Engineering, or Technical Leadership roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in architecture reviews, solution design, technical governance, engineering transformation, and delivery leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in POCs, prototype development, framework design, estimation, technical risk assessment, and delivery readiness planning.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering approaches including GenAI use cases, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, defect analytics, and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, test automation, quality engineering, V&V, digital engineering, and product development practices.
• Deep knowledge of Medical Device product lifecycle management, including requirements, design, verification, validation, release, maintenance, and post-market support.
