Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-focused Associate Project Manager to drive client projects from initiation to successful delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can effectively coordinate across teams and stakeholders.

You will play a key role in launching and managing 0-to-1 client initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Drive end-to-end execution of client projects, including 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Resource & Budget Management

• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate staffing requirements and ensure effective allocation of team capacity.

Team Coordination

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Establish clear ownership, responsibilities, and accountability across stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and key decisions in a timely manner.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Risk & Issue Resolution

• Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolve project blockers and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and post-project reviews.
• Generate regular reports on project health, milestones, and key metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing projects, operations, or new initiatives in a startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and scale 0-to-1 projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and productivity platforms is a plus.
