SAP Signavio ( Business Process ) Lead
Description -
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Signavio (Business Process) Lead to support the administration optimization and continuous improvement of business processes across the organization. The role will be responsible for SAP Signavio platform administration process mining process insights process architecture maturity assessments and development of process management solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Signavio Administration
Manage and administer the SAP Signavio platform.
Ensure platform availability performance and governance.
Support user access management system configurations and platform enhancements.
Collaborate with SAP Basis and technical teams to maintain operational excellence.
Process Insights Administration
Perform SAP Note implementations and service pack upgrades.
Monitor RFCs background jobs and system integrations.
Troubleshoot Process Performance Indicators (PPI) configurations and related issues.
Coordinate with SAP Basis teams to resolve technical and infrastructure challenges.
Maintain Process Insights configurations and reporting frameworks.
Process Mining & Data Engineering
Conduct process discovery process analysis and conformance checking activities.
Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and root causes within business processes.
Define monitor and track process KPIs and improvement opportunities.
Design and manage event log data models for process mining initiatives.
Develop SQL queries to support data extraction and analysis.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data integration processes.
Ensure data quality consistency and integrity across multiple source systems.
Develop and maintain SAP Signavio Process Intelligence dashboards and reports.
Write and optimize SIGNAL queries for advanced process analytics.
Process Architecture & Maturity Assessment Solutions
Design and deliver business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Develop and support enterprise web applications leveraging MVC Web API C# and MS SQL Server.
Build scalable and secure authentication solutions using OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect Azure AD (Entra ID) OWIN and cookie-based authentication mechanisms.
Integrate applications with Microsoft Graph APIs and MSAL for identity and access management.
Support LDAP directory services and identity management solutions.
Develop responsive user interfaces using AJAX DOM manipulation and modern web technologies.
Automate reporting and data processing using Excel automation frameworks such as ClosedXML OpenXML and Microsoft Interop.
Implement secure secrets and credentials management practices using solutions such as AWS Secrets Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
Strong experience with SAP Signavio administration and process management solutions.
Hands-on experience with Process Mining Process Intelligence and Process Insights.
Proficiency in SQL ETL development and data engineering concepts.
Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong programming skills in C# MVC Web API and MS SQL Server.
Experience with authentication and identity technologies including Azure AD/Entra ID OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect SAML SSO and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Knowledge of cloud security secrets management and enterprise-grade application development.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Signavio certifications preferred
Experience with SAP landscapes and SAP Basis coordination.
Exposure to enterprise process transformation initiatives.
Experience working in global and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
