Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Business Insights & Analytics to join our team. This is a Hybrid Bangalore role reporting to the Sr. Manager GTM Operations in the GTM Operations department. The Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals passionate about delighting customers nurturing trusted partnerships and driving a secure cloud-enabled digital future. By collaborating across multiple disciplines this role demonstrates the power and agility of cloud transformation to accelerate our position as a global leader.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

• Deliver complex data analysis for management using Gsuite Snowflake Streamlit and Python to drive informed decision-making
• Manage projects to improve stakeholder visibility into business metrics ensuring alignment and accuracy from ideation to deployment
• Develop and maintain data models (DBT Snowflake) to automate reporting and establish a single source of truth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and build BI solutions that enhance performance
• Solve complex business problems with advanced analytics leveraging innovation including Gen AI to optimize processes and reporting

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging securing or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• 4 years of dedicated experience in Business Insights and Analytics functions
• Proficiency in Snowflake SQL Google Spreadsheets Streamlit Python and DBT with an understanding of Prompt Engineering for Gen AI solutions
• Proven ability to drive analytics solutions in multidisciplinary environments collaborating effectively with diverse internal teams

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience implementing generative AI workflows or automated predictive models to enhance Go-to-Market (GTM) business intelligence and forecasting accuracy
• Bachelors or a Masters degree in a relevant field
• Experience within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry sectors with a proven track record of applying advanced analytics or machine learning applications in a GTM context
