Job Description Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Development Location: Vijayawada - Andhra Pradesh Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Business Development to drive B2B insurance sales and expand corporate partnerships in and around Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in insurance sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business growth through channel and corporate acquisition Key Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B business opportunities in the insurance sector. Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and business partner. Drive revenue growth by meeting sales and business target. Identify new market opportunities and execute business development strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service. Requirements Minim um 3 years of experie nce in insurance sa les, with a strong focus on B2B sa les. Proven experience in corporate/business partner acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill. Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred). Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
