Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Development Location: Vijayawada - Andhra Pradesh Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Business Development to drive B2B insurance sales and expand corporate partnerships in and around Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in insurance sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business growth through channel and corporate acquisition Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage B2B business opportunities in the insurance sector. - Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and business partner. - Drive revenue growth by meeting sales and business target. - Identify new market opportunities and execute business development strategies. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong focus on B2B sales. - Proven experience in corporate/business partner acquisition. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill. - Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred). - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
