Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for Pricing & Sales Coordination – Imports Air & Sea. The role involves preparing competitive freight pricing for air and sea shipments, coordinating with carriers, agents, and vendors to secure rates and space, and responding to customer inquiries and quotation requests. The position includes supporting the sales team with proposals, maintaining rate sheets and contract records, and tracking market trends to optimize pricing strategies. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating import shipments, monitoring execution and documentation, maintaining regular communication with customers, and ensuring service commitments and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills for pricing, rate comparison, and margin evaluation in air and sea freight.
• Knowledge of international logistics, import procedures, Incoterms, ocean and air freight operations, and documentation.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution professionally.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, carriers, overseas agents, and clients.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, email, and standard office tools for rate management, reporting, and documentation.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple quotations, shipments, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, pricing, or sales coordination for imports (air and sea) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience also considered.
