• Market Scanning and identifying business opportunities in the assigned geographical area.
• Appointment of STOCKIST / AD/ DD in the assigned territory .
• Should design market in such a way with zero conflict between the Channel partners.
• Day to day tracking of Sales Target & Collection .
• Plan to achieve targets within the time frame every month.
• Should have Close watch on Market and activities of Competitors.
• Collaboration with A Contractors Architects & Engineers
• Supporting team by visiting with them were they are facing challenges.
• Generating high volume of business by dealing with projects like Hotel Hospital Residential & Commercial.
• Maintain good relation with all the Builders & Developers of the each and every city.
• Should Track and Guide his team members to achieve maximum output with healthy time management.
• Arranging brand promotional activities like Retailers Meet Architect Meet Associates meet & Influencers meet.
