Ship with Amazon (SWA) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Ops Integrations (OI) this role you will own and drive programs that enable seamless integration between SWA operations and internal/external stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with technology operations product and business teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Own end-to-end program execution for ops integration initiatives define scope milestones and success metrics; drive programs from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with Tech Ops Product and Business teams to align on priorities resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery of integration workstreams.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing operational workflows design scalable process improvements and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and defects.
Launch Management: Lead operational readiness for new integrations develop SOPs change management plans and rollout strategies.
Metrics & Reporting: Define and track program KPIs; build mechanisms for regular reporting (WBR/MBR) and drive accountability through data-driven insights.
Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.
Documentation: Maintain program artifacts including project plans status updates PRFAQ/BRDs and post-mortems.
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
- 3 years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance manufacturing or distribution industries experience
- 3 years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or 2 years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software
- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation operation and maintenance
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
