Job description
Kickstart your sales career with hands-on training in a fast-growing HR Tech product. We’re looking for passionate freshers who want to learn, grow, and start earning based on performance.
About the Role
- Title: Sales Trainee — IT Product (Recruiting Job Board)
- Type: Full-time, Remote
- Training Period: 2–3 months (performance-focused, stipend not applicable during training)
- Compensation: From Month 4 onward — fixed salary + performance-based incentives determined by your results during training
What You’ll Do
- Learn our product inside out and how it solves hiring needs for employers and staffing firms
- Master consultative selling: prospecting, pitching, demo scheduling, and closing
- Engage prospects via calls, email, , and virtual demos
- Manage and update lead data in CRM with discipline
- Hit weekly activity and conversion targets set during training
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- High ownership, coachability, and a passion for sales
- Consistent work ethic and resilience in a target-driven setup
- Basic tech comfort (CRM, spreadsheets, email tools)
- Must have your own laptop and reliable Wi‑Fi
- Availability to work remotely during standard business hours
