| Duties and Responsibilities | Managing Call Center agents to deliver ARU volumes to increase overall Flexi utilizationAchieving volume targets and managing Call Center Agent MetricsIdentifying the need of sales skills for agents and conducting regular trainings Monitor & measure key conversion productivity & data penetration metricsRetaining high performers and replace poor performers Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Good experience of MS ExcelGood understanding of MIS reporting and AuditExcellent communication Team Handling and problem resolving high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter |
