Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Lead with 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the MERN stack, experience leading development teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of MERN Stack developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
  
  

Required Skills

• 35 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
