Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Media Relations Executive at Brand Abstract in Delhi, India. The candidate will be responsible for handling press releases, lifestyle and business media relations, communication strategies, and strategic public relations initiatives on a daily basis.

A pure media & influencer relations role. You will pitch hotel management, restaurant launches and lifestyle stories to journalists regularly, draft press releases, coordinate press visits and influencer experiences, and secure consistent coverage across client accounts.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on media relations experience at a PR agency, hotel, restaurant group or lifestyle brand
• Existing relationships with hospitality, F&B and lifestyle journalists in Delhi NCR
• A portfolio of secured coverage; links or clippings will be asked for at interview
• Strong written English; comfort managing multiple accounts on-site in Delhi

Please note that for this role we will only hire a candidate with relevant experience as mentioned above. Direct media relations experience is essential.
