🚀 Now Hiring: Freelance AI Training Specialist- English Communication

Are you an expert communicator with an exceptional command of English? Do you want to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence? We are looking for highly skilled Freelance AI Training Specialists to evaluate, refine, and train next-generation AI models in advanced audio, video, and written communication.

📌 Role Overview & Flexibility

This is a 100% freelance contract opportunity focusing on Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and AI data annotation.

  • Work on Your Own Terms: You have the absolute freedom to work as and when you wish, seamlessly fitting assignments around your life.
  • Project-Based: Work assignment is flexible and dependent on pipeline volume and when the work is available.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Model Evaluation & Training: Critically analyze, rate, and improve AI model outputs across text, audio (voice synthesis/recognition), and video communication.
  • Advanced Content Writing: Write high-quality, nuanced prompts and ground-truth responses to train AI models in sophisticated writing styles, tone, and grammar.
  • Multimodal Review: Evaluate the emotional nuance, clarity, pronunciation, and conversational flow of AI-generated audio and video interactions.
  • Error Identification: Detect subtle logical fallacies, grammatical errors, unnatural phrasing, or cultural misalignments in AI outputs.

💼 What We Are Looking For (Advanced Standards)

  • Advanced Communication Skills: Flawless, near-native to native-level mastery of English across Writing, Audio (Speech), and Video (Presence/Presentation).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to objectively critique language nuances, tone, intent, and context.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with AI tools, annotation platforms, and digital workspaces.
  • Background in Linguistics, English Literature, Journalism, Communications, or ESL Training is highly preferred.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection, a high-quality webcam/microphone, and a private, quiet workspace.

⚙️ Onboarding Process & Compliance

Because of the highly advanced linguistic standards required for this role, our onboarding process involves:

  1. Two-Step Advanced Assessment: You must successfully pass two (2) rigorous proficiency assessments evaluating your advanced written composition, verbal articulation (audio), and critical thinking capabilities.
  2. Background Verification: A mandatory background check will be conducted for all candidates who clear the assessments.
  3. Freelance Contract: Upon successful completion of the verification process, you will receive your formal freelance agreement to sign.
