Lead BE Developer (Node & Nest)

Job Description:

• Lead backend development using and NestJS building modular and scalable microservices.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and event-driven backend systems.

• Optimize backend performance and database queries (PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis).

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

• Collaborate with frontend QA and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud-based deployments (AWS/GCP).

• Ensure backend systems are secure reliable and scalable.
