Snowflake Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing cloud-based data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms to build scalable and high-performance data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using Snowflake.

- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation.

- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.

- Optimize Snowflake performance, query execution, and data storage.

- Implement data loading using Snowpipe and other ingestion frameworks.

- Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts to deliver data solutions.

- Ensure data quality, security, and governance best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

- Participate in code reviews and follow Agile development practices.

Required Skills:

- 68 years of experience in Data Engineering/Data Warehousing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.

- Expertise in SQL and database development.

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration.

- Knowledge of Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and Stored Procedures.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
