Assistant Manager

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager to lead teams, drive performance, and ensure achievement of business targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a sales/operations team
• Drive team targets, productivity, and performance
• Monitor attrition and shrinkage
• Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Ensure process adherence and quality standards
• Maintain MIS reports and performance tracking

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant domain
• Team handling experience is mandatory
• Strong exposure to team performance and target management
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Candidates with 15 days notice period preferred
