Python Developer - Flask/FastAPI

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with 9 to 17 years of experience to join our team in Pune. In this senior-level capacity, you will architect and lead the development of robust backend systems, focusing on high-performance applications and data-driven solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our internal platforms and the quality of digital solutions delivered to our clients, ensuring that our infrastructure remains at the forefront of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python to support high-traffic enterprise applications and ensure system reliability.

- Develop and maintain high-performance APIs using Flask and FastAPI to facilitate seamless integration between internal services and external client platforms.

- Architect data processing pipelines using Pandas to transform complex datasets into actionable business intelligence for stakeholders.

- Integrate and deploy Large Language Models (LLM) within existing workflows to automate processes and enhance the intelligence of our service offerings.

- Manage asynchronous task queues using Celery to optimize system performance and ensure efficient resource utilization during peak loads.

- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-native applications on Azure to ensure high availability, security, and cost-effectiveness for our Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications using Python, with a deep understanding of the Flask and FastAPI frameworks.

- Proven ability to manipulate and analyze large-scale datasets using Pandas to drive data-informed decision-making.

- Hands-on experience in integrating LLM technologies into enterprise environments to solve complex business problems.

- Strong proficiency in managing distributed task processing with Celery and deploying scalable solutions within the Azure cloud ecosystem.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Pune.
