HVAC Technician

Job Description:

• Installation s SITC: Execute the full installation of HVAC equipment including AHUs chillers double-skin cabinet fans and propeller fans.

• System Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure units meet design airflows (CFM) and static pressures. Verify that noise levels remain within specified limits.

• Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance including coil cleaning filter replacement and motor lubrication to optimize power consumption ($kW$).

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical electrical and control malfunctions. Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors motors and sensors.

• Blueprints s Documentation: Read and interpret MEP drawings circuit diagrams and AMCA-certified performance curves to ensure accurate onsite execution.

• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding refrigerant recovery and disposal.
