Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and visual content to support digital campaigns, social media assets, product promotions, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and animating graphics, producing short videos and visual assets, collaborating with marketing and content teams on creative concepts, and adapting designs for various platforms and formats. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency, optimizing content for performance, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 2 years

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic filming, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for static and animated assets.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communication is preferred.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively in a team environment, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video work, and visual design projects is required.
• A diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field is an advantage, or equivalent practical experience.
