Head of Ecommerce

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Head will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and scaling the online business of Livspace across own website, mobile app, and marketplace platforms . The role demands strong expertise in P&L management, digital growth strategies, merchandising, supply chain alignment, and omni-channel customer experience for the Furniture and home Homeware.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem, digital marketing, and marketplace management.

• Experience in retail/furniture/home décor categories preferred.

• Proven track record of P&L management and digital revenue growth.

• Analytical and data-driven decision making.

• Leadership and stakeholder management at CXO levels.

• Experience in handling large-scale omnichannel models.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors / MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

8 to 10 years of relevant e-commerce leadership experience in retail, lifestyle, furniture, or consumer brands.

Experience working in large-format retail brands or D2C business models.
