Revit mentor for Interior Design

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Revit Mentor – Interior Design to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit for Interior Design, excellent design knowledge, and the ability to train and mentor students as well as working professionals. If you enjoy teaching, guiding aspiring designers, and sharing industry best practices, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on Autodesk Revit with a focus on Interior Design.
• Train and mentor students and professionals through practical, project-based learning.
• Explain Revit workflows, BIM standards, documentation, and best practices relevant to interior projects.
• Guide learners in creating detailed interior models, families, layouts, furniture, ceilings, lighting, finishes, and construction documentation.
• Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and project exercises.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Stay updated with the latest Revit features, BIM workflows, and interior design trends.
• Collaborate with the training team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in Autodesk Revit for Interior Design.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, furniture layouts, and detailing.
• Hands-on experience in developing interior design models and construction documentation using Revit.
• Good knowledge of BIM workflows and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping learners grow.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver interactive training sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Enscape, Lumion, or other visualization/rendering tools is an added advantage.
• Industry project experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
