Paid Media Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience and a proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Quick Commerce platforms (such as Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms)
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion performance.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Develop media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for high-performing ad creatives.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, and other tracking tools.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Meta Pixel & Conversion API
• Experience managing Quick Commerce advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent campaign optimization and budget management abilities.
• Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of paid media experience.
• Agency experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Must have worked with clients from one or more of the following industries:
• Healthcare
• Interior & Home Decor
• FMCG
• Education
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certifications and Meta Blueprint Certification are an added advantage.
• Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools is a plus.
