Role Summary

We are looking for a Demand Specialist to drive rider acquisition for Yulu Bikes. This role

involves leading a team of field sales promoters responsible for onboarding new users, primarily

gig economy workers. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, experience

in field operations, and the ability to lead a target-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of business development executives.
• Drive new-rider acquisition through on-the-ground sales activities.
• Ensure daily and weekly onboarding targets are achieved.
• Train, motivate, and monitor promoter performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of demand-generation activities.
• Share regular performance updates and insights with the business team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, demand generation, or field operations.
• Experience managing field sales teams.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, on-ground role.
• Field sales experience is mandatory.
• Ability to speak Kannada is a plus.
