Avionics System Engineering

The requirement is related to Avionics System Engineering for several helicopter programs (H145, H160, H175). For these helicopters, there is always accompanying documentation (for example TN OPRs, BCRs) that is created, processed, and updated by our employees within the Airbus systems.

About the Role

Our scope includes activities such as supplemental change management, FMECA, coverage matrices, operational limitations, IRS checks including SSDD checks, Helionix SysCI, and Avionics SysCI. Therefore, a background in avionics or system engineering and experience with avionics documentation (e.g. system design descriptions, technical notes, operational limitations) is essential.

Responsibilities

• The profile explicitly requires avionics/system engineering experience, not software engineering.
• The Front Office colleagues are in direct alignment with the Airbus architects and are responsible for obtaining the required CVE approvals and signatures.
• This mediation and coordination with Airbus will be handled by us in Germany, while we would require support on the documentation activities.

Qualifications

• Background in avionics or system engineering.
• Experience with avionics documentation (e.g. system design descriptions, technical notes, operational limitations).

Required Skills

• Avionics/system engineering experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with software engineering (not required but preferred).
