Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Experience: 8 to 11 years

Reports to: Zonal Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region
• Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets
• Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region
• Build strong relationship with partners
• Review and ensure Policy Compliance
• Manage cost
• Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners
• Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance
• Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
• Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule
• Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region
• Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis
• Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region
• Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators
• Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members
• Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
• Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.
• Exposure in crowd management.
• Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.
