Position: Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Location: Andheri-East, Mumbai

Department: HR– Talent Acquisition

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring top talent across business functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and adherence to hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and role expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Negotiate compensation within approved guidelines and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
• Support onboarding and recruitment-related documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Technology, Operations, Content, Learning Solutions, EdTech, or shared services roles will be preferred.
• Exposure to volume hiring and stakeholder management is desirable.
