As part of our growth journey, we are strengthening our Community Health business to build deeper partnerships, expand impact programs, and drive sustainable growth across the CSR and public health ecosystem.

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial leader to head the Community Health Business at DocOnline. The role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, corporate partnerships, CSR fundraising, and execution of large-scale community health programs.

The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, stakeholder management, and team leadership, along with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Community Health business in line with organizational growth objectives
• Drive CSR fundraising, strategic alliances, and corporate partnerships across sectors
• Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CSR leaders, foundations, NGOs, government bodies, and ecosystem partners
• Identify and drive new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives
• Oversee program delivery, execution excellence, and impact outcomes across community health initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams across fundraising, partnerships, program management, and operations
• Develop scalable business models and sustainable revenue streams for community health programs
• Represent DocOnline at industry forums, conferences, and strategic stakeholder engagements
• Work closely with leadership teams on long-term strategy, expansion, and business planning

Desired Profile

• 15+ years of experience in CSR fundraising, strategic partnerships, development sector leadership, or community health business roles
• Strong exposure to corporate CSR ecosystem and CXO-level stakeholder management
• Proven track record in driving large partnerships, fundraising, and business growth
• Experience leading large or geographically distributed teams
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and execution capability
• Ability to operate both at leadership level and in a hands-on manner when required
• Exposure to healthcare, public health, development sector, or impact-driven organizations will be preferred
