SAP Executive- Lucknow

The SAP Executive will be responsible for supporting configuring and optimizing SAP applications to meet business requirements. The role involves close coordination with business users technical teams and external vendors to ensure smooth SAP operations enhancements and system compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage daytoday SAP operations across assigned modules (e.g. MM SD FICO PP PM HCM or S/4HANA).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP modules perform system testing and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents system issues and user queries.
• Coordinate with SAP technical teams for developments integrations and enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation SOPs and user manuals.
• Support SAP upgrades rollouts patches and integration with thirdparty systems.
• Ensure data accuracy system security and compliance with internal controls.
• Train end users and provide postimplementation support.
• Monitor system performance and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Commerce or related field.
• 69 years of handson experience working with SAP in a functional or technofunctional role.
• Strong experience in at least one SAP module; crossmodule exposure is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to implementation rollout or support projects.
