Recruitment Intern (2-3 months)

About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling HR tech and talent acceleration firm operating across India, we partner with startups and growth-stage companies to build high-impact hiring engines. Our team deploys data-driven recruitment strategies, AI-powered candidate sourcing, and structured interview frameworks to scale teams fast — without compromising quality. As a Recruitment Intern, you'll get hands-on experience in modern talent acquisition and be embedded in real hiring cycles from day one.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche job boards for tech, sales, and operations roles.
• Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and maintain candidate communication across hiring stages.
• Build and update candidate pipelines in ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
• Assist in creating job descriptions, employer branding content, and sourcing strategies tailored to role-specific requirements.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Source-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate) to hiring managers.
• Participate in debrief sessions with hiring leads to refine screening criteria and feedback loops.
