Operational Specialist

SAS Sales Group is a face-to-face sales and marketing company in Bangalore, helping brands grow through direct customer engagement and acquisition campaigns.

We're looking for an organized, driven Operations Specialist to support campaign planning, events, and promotions — while learning and taking part in hands-on sales. You'll receive 2 weeks of training to build your sales and campaign skills from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply face-to-face sales techniques as part of campaign delivery
• Plan and execute marketing/sales campaigns, events, and promotions
• Manage event logistics and vendor relationships
• Support customer acquisition and conduct market research

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn direct/face-to-face sales
• Proficient in MS Office
