AIKAARA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED Position: Project Manager Location: Pune, India (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5–8 Years CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA About the Role Aikaara Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise software projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile software development teams, coordinating with clients, tracking project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality web applications. The Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, UI/UX, and client stakeholders while managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and team productivity. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to production deployment. - Work closely with US clients to gather requirements and manage expectations. - Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, release plans, and resource allocation. - Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Coordinate with React, Ruby on Rails, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams. - Track project progress using Jira and ensure timely delivery. - Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions. - Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and budget. - Prepare weekly project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-production support. - Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile best practices, and delivery standards. - Drive continuous process improvement across project execution. Required Skills - 5–8 years of Project Management experience in Software/Product companies. - Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects. - Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills. - Experience working with offshore/onshore teams. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Experience managing cross-functional technical teams. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. - Excellent planning, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Technical Understanding Candidates should have a functional understanding of: - Web Applications - React.js frontend development - Ruby on Rails backend architecture - REST APIs - SQL Databases - Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred) - CI/CD concepts - Git workflows - Basic DevOps lifecycle (Hands-on coding experience is not mandatory.) Tools - Jira - Confluence - Azure DevOps (Preferred) - Microsoft Project - GitHub - Slack / Microsoft Teams - Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. - PMP / CSM / PSM certification is preferred. - Experience managing SaaS, ERP, Manufacturing, or Enterprise Software projects is highly preferred. - Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
