Position: Factory HR

Mandatory Eligibility

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

• 5–8 years of Factory HR experience.
  
• Current or previous experience in a Plywood Manufacturing Company is mandatory.
  
• Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

Saburi Ply Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Factory HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Barasat (Sondalia), Kolkata.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on Factory HR experience in the Plywood Industry and possess a strong understanding of factory HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, industrial relations, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR operations for the factory workforce.
  
• Handle recruitment of blue-collar workers, supervisors, staff, and factory executives.
  
• Conduct employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
  
• Maintain attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift rosters.
  
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the Head Office payroll team.
  
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic enquiries.
  
• Maintain healthy industrial relations and promote a positive work environment.
  
• Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
  
• Work closely with factory management on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
  
• Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams to ensure employee safety and statutory compliance.
  
• Support internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
  
• Implement HR policies and organizational initiatives at the factory level.
