To ensure a smooth fit between multi/-component sub/-assemblies, perform 2D tolerance stack/-up studies, modifying dimensional clearance boundaries and restrictions. Verify raw material nesting routes, tool access clearance profiles, punch/-to/-die clearances, and sheet metal bend allowances by comparing model designs to actual manufacturing capabilities. Draft comprehensive, multi/-view engineering prints using appropriate layer protocols, line weights, hatching scales, limits, fits, and intricate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing callouts in Production Drawing and Blueprint Generation.
