Role Overview

We are hiring experienced SAP HCM Payroll Implementation Consultants with strong expertise in European country payroll configuration. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale global payroll implementations across multiple European countries including Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll solutions for European countries
• Customize payroll solutions as per client requirements and best practices
• Conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Support go-live activities and ensure payroll system readiness
• Maintain clear documentation and track project milestones

What We're Looking For

• 5–15 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations
• Strong knowledge of European payroll configuration and taxation
• Experience with PCR, Schema, Time Management
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Any European language knowledge is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
