About the Role : Tier-3 IP/MPLS & Security Support Engineer

Are you passionate about solving complex network and security challenges in large-scale service provider or enterprise environments? Were looking for a Tier-3 IP/MPLS & Security Support Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in supporting high-availability, multi-vendor infrastructures.

Shift : :

- Act as the final escalation point for complex network and security incidents

- Troubleshoot IP/MPLS backbones, core routers, firewalls, and CGNAT platforms

- Lead major incident calls (P1/P2) and drive rapid service restoration

- Support and mentor Tier-1 and Tier-2 NOC teams

- Diagnose issues across MPLS, VPNs, routing protocols, and performance

- Handle escalations related to firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and security policies

- Collaborate with vendors such as Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Check Point

- Review and support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities

- Produce RCAs and technical documentation and share knowledge across teams

Required Skill :

- Strong hands-on experience with IP/MPLS networks

- Expertise in MPLS, L3VPN/L2VPN, VPLS/EVPN

- Solid knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS

- Experience with firewalls and CGNAT platforms

- Exposure to Nokia, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Check Point technologies

- Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills

- Familiarity with monitoring and packet analysis tools

Qualification and Certifications (Preferred) :

- Bachelors degree in engineering, IT, or a related field

- Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, Nokia NRS, Fortinet NSE, or Check Point are a plus
