• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing) with a valid license to practice.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospital nursing management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  
• Proven experience in hospital operations, staffing optimization, and quality assurance in a clinical healthcare setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), and patient safety protocols.
  
• Expertise in hospital management systems, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical documentation.
  
• Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage high-pressure environments, prioritize tasks, and lead change initiatives.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking tools.
  
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
