Finance Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics 365/F&O

Job Title : D365 F&O - Finance Functional Consultant

Workfall is a new-age premium talent tech platform looking for a D365 Finance & Operations - Finance Functional Consultant with strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in finance module implementation. You will play a pivotal role in project delivery, client support, and business process reengineering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support 2-3 full-cycle implementations of D365 F& O Finance modules.

- Gather, analyze, and re-engineer in-house business processes to improve operational efficiency.

- Configure and implement core finance modules : General Ledger, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets.

- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP, UAT, User Training, and Post Go-live support.

- Handle L2 & L3 support tickets and troubleshoot financial module issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide tailored finance solutions.

- Configure security roles, perform data migrations, and validate end-to-end setups.

- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and test scripts.

- Ensure business acceptance through solution and unit testing.

- Provide ongoing support and system enhancements.

- Participate in cut-over activities and post-go-live monitoring.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in D365 F&O Finance module or Dynamics AX

- Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets

- Strong command over functional configuration and solution testing

- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently with international clients

- Willingness to travel for client projects

Preferred Qualification :

- Microsoft D365 F&O Functional Certification

- Experience in data migration, CRP sessions, and business process mapping

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent educational background
