Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITAM/SAM/HAM

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), specifically Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro). The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform customization, scripting, integrations, and implementing enterprise ITAM solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions with emphasis on SAM Pro and HAM Pro.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.

- Configure software license management, reclamation, normalization, and compliance processes.

- Implement hardware asset lifecycle management from procurement through disposal.

- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.

- Configure CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management processes.

- Build custom applications using App Engine.

- Develop reusable scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

- Perform code reviews and optimize platform performance.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

- Implement security using ACLs and role-based access controls.

- Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

- Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 7 to 10 years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM implementation.

- Experience with SAM Pro and HAM Pro implementations.

- Strong JavaScript programming skills.

- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.

- Good understanding of CMDB and Discovery.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
