Senior Manager - Fund Raising - NGO

Job Description:

- Support partnership strategies to enhance fundraising through various sources including referral partners.

- Identify and cultivate new avenues for fundraising to expand the organization's fundraising network.

- Ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction among donors, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

- Act as the primary liaison between EG and its donors.

- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with channel partners across various locations.

- Assist team in preparing for and conducting meetings with potential donors.

- Provide support during donor interactions to facilitate successful outcomes.

- Address any issues or challenges that arise during fundraising meetings or client engagements.

- Provide Head of Partnerships with relevant knowledge, resources, and support to enhance their fundraising effectiveness.

- Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and other materials needed for successful fundraising.

- Share best practices and insights to help team to improve their strategies and outcomes.

- Proactively explore and identify new opportunities for fundraising and partnership development.

- Analyse trends and developments in the sector to inform strategic planning.
