Role Overview:

As an SAP Delivery Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between client business objectives and technical execution. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of SAP engagements, from initial strategy and blueprinting to deployment and ongoing support. This role involves managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring that project milestones align with rigorous quality standards. By orchestrating resources and technical expertise, you will ensure that Clovio's SAP solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in full alignment with the client's strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct end-to-end SAP implementation programs, ensuring adherence to SDLC methodologies and project governance frameworks to maintain high delivery standards.

- Manage complex stakeholder expectations by providing transparent reporting on project health, budget utilization, and resource allocation.

- Oversee the integration of SAP Solution Manager to streamline project documentation, testing cycles, and change management processes across the enterprise.

- Lead multi-disciplinary teams of functional and technical consultants to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless delivery of SAP ERP modules.

- Drive change management initiatives within client organizations to facilitate user adoption and ensure the long-term sustainability of implemented SAP solutions.

- Monitor SAP support operations to ensure service level agreements are met and system stability is maintained post-go-live.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale SAP ERP implementations with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the 10 to 15-year experience bracket.

- Strong command over project management methodologies, including the ability to manage scope, schedule, and quality in a high-pressure consulting environment.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead diverse, geographically distributed teams.

- Deep functional understanding of SAP ecosystems and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business outcomes.

- Proven ability to navigate organizational change and lead teams through the challenges of digital transformation.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model from our Bangalore office, fostering collaboration across both on-site and remote team members.

- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by relevant SAP certifications.
