Job description

Role: Facility soft services Core Responsibilities

Housekeeping Management: Oversee daily cleaning deep cleaning and waste management to ensure high sanitation standards.
Security & Safety: Monitor security personnel manage access control and ensure compliance with safety regulations (EHS).
Vendor Management: Negotiate with service providers and monitor contractor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Front Desk & Logistics: Manage receptionists front office operations visitor management and mailroom services.
Landscaping & Pantry: Maintain indoor/outdoor greenery and manage cafeteria/pantry services and hygiene.
Reporting: Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance reports managing budgets for materials and staff.

Key Qualifications

Experience: Usually 3 5 years in facilities management hospitality or hotel management.
Skills: Strong vendor coordination communication leadership and attention to detail.
Knowledge: Familiarity with safety health codes and chemical safety standards
