Job Description – ROW (Right of Way) (Renewable Energy)

Role Overview

Lead ROW, land access, stakeholder engagement, and community relations for renewable energy projects across Andhra Pradesh and ensure seamless execution through strong relationships and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all ROW, land access, and stakeholder management activities for project execution.
• Build and manage relationships with government authorities, district administration, local bodies, community leaders, landowners, and key influencers.
• Secure ROW, permissions, approvals, and statutory clearances for transmission, evacuation, and access infrastructure.
• Resolve land access issues, stakeholder grievances, and community concerns through effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Represent the organization in government forums, administrative meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Identify and mitigate socio-political, regulatory, and community-related risks impacting project timelines.
• Maintain strong ground intelligence and ensure proactive stakeholder alignment.
• Lead and mentor field teams while ensuring seamless coordination between internal project teams and external stakeholders to support timely project delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 8–20 years of experience in ROW, Land Acquisition, Security Operations,
• Infrastructure Development, Community Relations, Public Affairs, or Stakeholder Management.
• Prior exposure to Renewable Energy, Transmission, Power, Mining, Railways,
• Highways, Defense Infrastructure, Industrial Corridors, or Large EPC Projects.
• Established local network across district administration and community leadership structures in Karnataka.
• Experience managing politically sensitive and multi-stakeholder environments.
