Working days and Timing- (Hybrid — 2/3 days office, 2 days remote)

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to own end-to-end marketing assets—from concept to publishing. If you're passionate about design, social media, AI tools, and fast-paced startup environments, we'd love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design presentations (Canva), social media creatives, banners, flyers, brochures, standees, and marketing collateral.
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic, image generators, etc.) to accelerate content creation and repurpose ideas across formats.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets.
  • Support city launch campaigns by adapting creatives for regional audiences.
  • Track content performance and maintain organized design templates and assets.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, or creative design.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva; experience with Photoshop, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Good understanding of AI-powered creative tools.
  • Strong design sense, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is an advantage).
