Job Description
1. Experience in Warehouse Operations, Auto & Spare Parts Logistics, Dealer/Distributor service management, OEM Store & Line feeding, Digitalization work (WMS). Experience in setting up quality warehouses at multiple PAN India locations with WMS implementation. Setup of large warehouses & facilities according to space utilization.
2. Maintain constant communication with top management.
3. Finalize agreement with customer to ensure smooth warehouse and store operations for zero-line loss in production.
4. Responsible for freight cost optimization and zero detention cost of vehicles.
5. Responsible for KPI achievement, process control, cycle count, process audit & annual inventory.
6. Experience in implementation of WMS system.
7. Responsible for optimizing storage space & inventory turnover, reducing shelf-life material, controlling FIFO, and order picking/delivery activities to reduce cost.
8. Development and implementation of workflow management, Kaizen, safety training procedures and processes. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Public Health (MPH) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare facilities, including hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, or integrated health systems..
- Strong expertise in operational planning, process optimization, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and manage complex projects under pressure.
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems (HIS), EHR/EMR platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment with a focus on quality and safety.
