Primary Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze them comprehensively, and design scalable, efficient solutions aligned with project objectives.
- Development & Implementation: Develop, code, and implement Business Central AL solutions with high quality standards. Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Planning & Execution: Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution. Create technical documentation and development plans for assigned modules.
- Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining regular communication with the team and stakeholders.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide comprehensive post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of the application in production environments.
- Day-to-Day Application Support: Handle routine application maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements to ensure optimal system performance.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members through various channels including verbal, written, and video communications.
- Process Compliance: Work flexibly within a process-oriented environment and be prepared to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge to foster team growth and capability building.
