InfoVision - Staff Principle Software Engineer - Node.js/AngularJS

Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, RTEs and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the development of large-scale distributed systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance for enterprise-grade applications.

- Lead technical design reviews and code audits to maintain rigorous quality standards and promote best practices across engineering squads.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define technical strategy and prioritize features that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Mentor senior and lead engineers through technical guidance and career development support to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

- Identify and mitigate technical debt by implementing sustainable engineering processes and modernizing legacy infrastructure where necessary.

- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into the existing stack to improve operational efficiency and user :

- Experience : 8+ years in software engineering, with deep command of engineering fundamentals; our current stack centres on Node.js, Angular, and React, though breadth across technologies matters more than any single one.

- Education : Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Cloud fundamentals : Extensive experience with cloud architectures such as AWS, and a first-principles understanding of how distributed systems behave, including consistency, fault tolerance, scalability, and observability.

- High agency and the ability to solve technical problems of the highest scope, complexity, and ambiguity from first principles.

- Ability to transition to new engineering languages and frameworks.

- Familiarity with test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
