OCS Services is looking for an experienced Manager – Projects (EPC) – Offshore to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore EPC projects across the Oil & Gas sector. This role will be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are achieved, and driving operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

The position focuses on project planning, offshore execution, client management, subcontractor coordination, productivity improvement, commercial performance, and timely delivery while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Projects (EPC) – Offshore to oversee offshore EPC project execution from planning through completion. This role will work closely with clients, project teams, subcontractors, procurement, logistics, and offshore personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do

Project Management & Execution

• Lead and coordinate offshore EPC project execution from project initiation through completion.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project productivity, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved and contractual deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support project forecasting, resource mobilization, and recovery planning to maintain project performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary interface for project-related communication with clients.
• Prepare and manage official correspondence, project updates, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to review project progress.
• Support Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings and Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Offshore Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate daily activities with offshore barge teams and site personnel.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to ensure efficient offshore execution.
• Monitor offshore productivity and ensure daily performance targets are achieved.
• Coordinate onshore fabrication, material readiness, dispatch, and offshore installation activities.
• Ensure seamless coordination between offshore operations, logistics, and project teams.

Planning, Procurement & Logistics

• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor logistics activities to ensure materials and equipment are delivered as per project schedules.
• Oversee onshore fabrication activities and ensure materials comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all procurement, fabrication, dispatch, and installation activities are aligned with the project execution plan.

Commercial & Project Controls

• Monitor project milestones, invoice tracking, and payment follow-ups.
• Validate subcontractor invoices and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and review Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
• Ensure accurate Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting and monthly project financial updates.
• Maintain project documentation, milestone records, and supporting documentation for client approvals.

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct daily project coordination meetings and provide direction to offshore teams.
• Support bidding activities for EPC tenders by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure techno-commercial bids are submitted accurately and within client timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution, productivity, and operational performance.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Certification or working knowledge of Primavera, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas project management.
• Proven experience managing EPC projects from planning through execution.
• Strong experience working with offshore construction, fabrication, and installation projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, and client-facing operations.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and project lifecycle management.
• Experience in offshore fabrication, installation, procurement, and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
• Experience in contract administration, project reporting, and milestone management.
• Familiarity with Industrial Painting and Scaffolding operations is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Work Environment

This role requires frequent interaction with clients, offshore teams, subcontractors, procurement, logistics, and senior management. Regular travel to offshore installations, fabrication yards, ports, and project sites will be required to support project execution and business objectives.
